Lighting workbench.
Connect. Configure. See what changes.
A virtual Bluetooth adapter and Jeep live right in your browser. All changes affect the simulation.

Configuration
Connect to read settingsAutomatic headlamps
Let the virtual light sensor control the headlamps when the stalk is in AUTO.
LED headlamp output
Explore a voltage target in the emulator. JK availability and encoding are unverified.
Connection trace.
The complete conversation between client, adapter, and virtual Jeep.
AT commands model an ELM-style text interface. Every SIM command is fictional; none is a real Jeep configuration request.
Under the hood.
A real interaction model. An entirely virtual vehicle.
Settings client
Reads configuration, stages changes, saves a baseline, writes in a session, and verifies the result.
client.mjsBluetooth emulator
Models discovery, pairing, serial commands, fragmented replies, timeouts, and disconnects.
emulator.mjsVirtual JK
Persists settings in this browser and calculates headlamp behavior from your test conditions.
JeepEmulatorWhat works today
- ELM-style adapter initialization and capability checks
- Configuration reads, revision checks, and guarded writes
- Read-back verification, baseline restore, and JSON export
- Day / night testing and injected connection failures
- Configuration persists in browser storage when available
Path to a physical Jeep
- Add a browser Web Serial or BLE transport behind the same exchange interface.
- Identify the actual module and firmware with read-only diagnostics.
- Implement independently sourced, verified JK configuration definitions and access procedures.
- Validate reads and writes on suitable hardware before enabling physical writes.
No real Bluetooth API or physical write path is present in this prototype. The simulated LED setting does not confirm availability on a 2016 JK.
